Ingredients
8 buttermilk biscuits
1 lb. pork sausage
2 tbsp and 1 tsp. all-purpose flour
2-1/2 c. half & half
1 tbsp. butter
1/8 tsp. thyme
1/8 tsp. rosemary
1/8 tsp. red pepper flakes
Black pepper, to taste
Directions
Bake buttermilk biscuits on baking sheet, per package instructions.
Use a large saucepan to brown sausage. Plot the grease from the pan using a paper towel.
Add flour, butter, and half & half. Cook on medium-low heat, stirring often, until thickened.
Add thyme, rosemary, red pepper, and black pepper.
Pour gravy over biscuits to serve.
