Blueberry Smoothie

  • knife

  • cutting board

  • blender

Ingredients

  • 1-1/4 c. frozen blueberries

  • 1 medium ripe banana or 1 c. frozen banana slices

  • 1/2 medium orange, peeled & quartered

  • 3/4 c. milk, may need more to taste

  • Nut butters, seeds, honey or maple syrup optional

Directions

  1. Add all of your ingredients to blender. 

  2. Blend until creamy. Add more milk if you want a creamier texture. Can also add ice if needed.
