Ingredients

  • 8 ripe figs

  • 3-1/2 oz. goat cheese log, rind on

  • 2 tbsp. honey

  • 1-1/2 tbsp. pistachios, finely chopped

  • salt and pepper

  • chopped thyme


Tips for choosing ripe figs can be found here

Directions

  1. Cut all the figs in half. Arrange figs on serving tray with cut facing up.

  2. Cut goat cheese into 8 rounds, cut each round in half.

  3. Push 1 cut portion of cheese onto each fig.

  4. Season cheese and figs with salt and pepper.

  5. Drizzle with honey.

  6. Top with chopped pistachios and thyme.
