Ingredients
5 slices bacon
6 large eggs
1 c. milk
2 tbsp. butter, melted
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/4 c. green onions, chopped
1 c. cheddar cheese, shredded
Directions
Preheat oven to 350°F. If using a baking dish, lightly grease the dish.
Cook the bacon over medium-high heat, turning occasionally until browned. Drain bacon on paper towels. Once cool, crumble and step aside.
Whisk eggs, milk, melted butter, salt, and pepper together in a bowl. Pour into skillet or baking dish. Sprinkle top with green onions and crumbled bacon. Cover with cheddar cheese.
Bake in oven until knife inserted in the center comes out clean, about 25-30 minutes.
