  • measuring spoon

  • tall glass

  • long spoon

  • knife*

  • cutting board*

*if cutting lime wedges

Ingredients

  • ice cubes, the recipe calls for 4

  • 2 oz. gin

  • 4 oz. tonic water

  • 1 tbsp. lime juice

  • lime wedges, for garnish

Directions

  1. Place ice in the glass.

  2. Pour gin over the ice.

  3. Add tonic water and lime juice, stir to mix.

  4. Garnish with a lime wedge.
