Ingredients
8 oz. cream cheese
4 oz. smoked salmon
2 tbsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. chopped dill, fresh
Pinch of salt & pepper
Fresh dill, roe, or capers (optional)
Directions
Place cream cheese, smoked salmon, lemon juice, dill, salt, and pepper into a food processor and blend on high until smooth. Be sure to scrape the sides to incorporate all the food.
Transfer to a pastry bag to pipe onto crackers or cucumber slices, although you may prefer to place it in a bowl and use as a dip.
Pipe in a circle onto the crackers.
Top with garnish, if desired.
