Ingredients
2 lbs. sweet potatoes, peeled
2 tbsp. olive oil
1 tsp. garlic powder
1 tsp. paprika
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. black pepper
Directions
Heat the oven to 400°F.
Cut the peeled sweet potatoes into stick, 3" long and 1/4"-1/2" wide. Toss them with the olive oil.
Mix the salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika in a small bowl. Toss the sweet potatoes with the seasoning mix.
Spread the sweet potato sticks on the baking sheets.
Bake until brown and crisp on the bottom, about 15 minutes. Flip and cook until the other side is crisp as well, about 10 minutes. Serve hot.
